Facebook Messenger - Background Activity

I have a problem with facebook messenger background activity on my iPhone 6S (iOS 11.0.1). I turned off background app refresh + location service and kill the app every time when stop using it (I never keep apps in the background). Does anyone have a similar problem and does he know his decision?

This for cache with pressing power button and after home button didn't work.

facebook messenger is open full time even you dont use it,i recommend to adjust notification ,it can reduce battery usage and clear your cache by pressing power and while you see turnoff option press home botton
