I have the following problem. Safari 11 does not want to open a video in HTML 5 format. When I change the account, the clips open without problems. I tried everything, but without result.
Please advise me how I can solve the problem, without changing my account.

Go to Safari Preferences/Extensions and turn all extensions off. Test. If okay, turn the extensions on one by one until you figure out what extension is causing the problem.

Enable the developer options for safari and change the user agent on safari for ipad. After this safari will play the html5 video file.
For me it works.
Please note, that you must make this setting for every website you have this problem.
