I have an IPod Touch 64 gb and just downloaded software version 11.0.1. Now it will not connect to internet. Seems to for about one second then disconnects. It shows that it is connected to the correct modem under the list but no connection at all. Any suggestions?

How did you get the upgrade to 11.01 on a 4th generation iPod touch?
5th generation 64gb iPod touch will only upgrade to 9.3.5
It won't go to 11.01 (No Spinal Tap joke intended here).

it is 6th generation, don't know how it showed 4th generation. However I have solved the problem. After several hours with apple support chat and getting nowhere, I solved it myself. I found one app that was in conflict somehow, and once I deleted it, it worked.
