Go to Settings > General > About and see if you are actually running 11.1 or are you on 11.0.1
If you are on 11.1, you are indeed on Beta. If you are on 11.0.1, you aren't.

You are running beta software. This is not the proper place to discuss it. In fact it’s not allowed here.
Thank you for your reply , and my apologies for posting to the wrong section . Can you tell me where the correct place to post is ?
Is running beta software standard ? All updates I have done manually through settings > general > software update . So i am surprised to hear I’m running beta software .
That is correct. You are most definitely not running beta. As to your original questions, I don't have answers. You might want to go out to iBooks and download the iOS11 User Manual. It's free and a good thing to have when you have a question.
The manual is not in iTunes. It's in iBooks and is free. Just go to iBooks (if you don't have the iBooks app, download it from the App Store) and that's where you can download the iOS11 User Guide from.
Ok I am running 11.0.1 . So This would mean I’m not running beta .
Although I have not noticed the Profile file before, the other files are created by iOS. You should just leave them alone. These are all tiny files.
I tried to download the manual but iTunes is not on my home screen when I try to download from the App Store it only gives me the option to open when I click on open nothing happens .
What is Springboard , textinput , profile & secure?
