Can’t send photo

I just noticed a few days ago that the option to send a photo via text message is gone. Typically from my photos app, I can hit the send button (rectangle with an arrow going up) and it will bring up my options for this photo. When I do that now, my option to send it through Messages is gone. It starts with the email option. I’ve been through the settings for Photos and Messages but don’t see a setting that would apply. I can still send photos from within the actual Messages app. I just pull up the photo icon like normal. It’s just when I’m trying to send a particular photo through the Photos app that I run into this. Can anyone help? I have a screenshot of it but I can’t upload it to this post.
