Since I updated to the new iOS my phone freezes and restarts at least 3 times a day. What is the cause of this and how can I fix it. It’s an iPhone 7 less than 8 months in use

It is possible that some of the apps you are running may not be optimized for the new iOS.

See if there are any updates available. You could also try running only the apps that are most critical to you and see if that improves the situation.

I’m having the same issue. I’ve already factory reset it, and I had to start as a new iPhone. All my apps are updated, I keep trying to make calls and it’s acting crazy. I’m not convinced it’s the phone, I think it’s Apple. And for the record I haven’t had any parts replaced. I just would like my phone to work the way it did before IOS 11.

I am having the exact problem - my phone is unusable more than 50% of the time. What I would like to know is - has anyone taken their iphone to an Apple Store to see what they say about it? If I was at home, I would go to a proper store and see if I could get a new phone, seen as these issues are clearly caused by the Apple updates. However, I am in Zimbabwe at the moment and there are no proper stores, just authorised re-sellers who charge a fortune just to look at your phone.
