Im attempting to partition my hard drive through bootcamp so I can play games on it. However I keep getting the same message: 'an error occurred while partitioning the disk. please run disk utility to check and fix the error.' I have repaired my disk multiple times and there seems to be no errors. I have even erased and restored my hard drive. How do I fix this issue?

You need to erase the whole disk, not just a partition. See How to use Time Machine to back up or restore your Mac - Apple Support for reference.
You need to disconnect all external storage, including your TM backup disk/image. BCA will not partition this disk, since you already have a disk0s3. When was the Kernel coredump created? Did you have a beta HS on this Mac at any point in time?
Can you boot into Safe Mode, then both normally and retry BC Assistant?
Are you running High Sierra? Can you post the output of
diskutil list
diskutil cs list
from macOS Terminal?
You can use
diskutil eraseVolume free free disk0s3
which will make the CoreDump as Free Space.
Can you run
sudo diskutil apfs resizeContainer disk0s2 0g
and post the output of
diskutil list
sudo gpt -vv -r show /dev/disk0
Can you temporarily disable SIP?
I suggest you backup HS using Time Machine, erase the internal disk, restore the TM backup and retry the BCA partitioning step.

I'm on HS and the safe mode reboot did not correct the issue.

OK, so I completed the steps from the other thread and created the dummy partition. BCA then combined the partitions successfully. When rerunning BCA, it returned the same partition error message. Here are the gpt and diskutil outputs...
