How can I open an application folder from iTunes File Sharing?

Please Help!

I learnt how to delete a synced file/folder in an app from file sharing menu.

But I don't know how to open an application folder from iTunes file sharing and it makes me frustrated. I can't even search anything on google about this. This is ridiculous. How do you open it and browse the files inside of that folder? I don't like saving the whole folder on my PC/MAC over and over again. Taking too much space, I don't need all the files inside that folder. Attached herewith is the screenshot of my problem.User uploaded file.

Please Help! Thank you!
