Hi. You enable Home Sharing on the iPhone in the Settings for the Music and TV (or Videos) apps. This allows your iPhone to connect to the iTunes server on your computer. Note that iPhone can only be a Home Sharing client, so it cannot serve files to Apple TV. You can use AirPlay if that's what you need.
