when I download video's from icloud.com I shoot yesterday on my iPhone (in 4k) are are heavily compressed and only 1080p on my computer... 😕
This is both in the overview page were I see many videos/pictures or when I click a video and then press download.
Anyone else? (yes on the iphone they are 4k)
ah this is because of the HEVC video encoder... seem if you donwload from icloud.com it converts the video.
If you enable on the icloud application on windows "download" + "keep high efficiency originals if available" it downloads both.
Also in icloud.com on the download button is a tiny tiny menu item... which gives you the option of downloading the original 😊
