Apps pending

Hello,

after I've installed the new update IOS 11.0, I can't update my apps. They stand pending.

I've allready updated IOS 11.0.1 but the problem persists.

Also connecting to bluetooth and wi-fi has been a problem.

Anyone please with the same issues and able to help?
