I’ve tried to install Mac OS high Sierra on my MacBook Pro md101 (2012) and got this message: “An error occurred while verifying firmware.” (See attached photo)
Any ideas why does it happen? Thanks.
I have seen reports that some Apple firmware updates that are supposed to get installed automatically don't go through. When this happens, there is no report of the failure to the user. Your Mac may be one of the ones that got left behind. The link posted by Oldtigersvoice should help.
