Photos in the wrong order?

Hey!

I connected my Iphone to MacBook so that my photos would automatically upload to my laptop instead of pluggging my phone in; This has proved to be no problem. However some of my recent photos appear in the wrong order, they're dated and timed correctly but just in the wrong order. All my photos are there but it's extremly frustrating and it makes it really hard to find photos and I would like to just scroll through in order, does anybody know how to fix this?
