After receiving IOS 11.01.1 on my MGCT2LL/A1522 (iPhone 6), my phone is super slow. Apps hang, then close (like the Starbucks app), my purchased music would just stop in the middle of a song, then I had to close the app and re-open.
In general, everything is very slow to respond, and I have rebooted twice.
Any suggestions
once you upgrade to ver. 11.x, you cannot downgrade. This is intentional - go figure.

The update RUINED my iPhone 6 which had a brand new battery installed several months ago. Planned Obsolescence.
Like I said, my battery for my 6 was replaced at the Apple Store several months before the newest disaster update. It ran fine and was nice and fast. Now it's sluggish. Apps take forever to open.
OK so it was at an apple store, the software update read it was an old battery when it wasn't? Hmm?
Why not wait two more days until Christmas is over?

That's exactly what Apple was hoping you would do.
FWIW, I have personal knowledge of eight iPhone-6 units and four iPhone-7 units in our family, all of which are always up-to-date (11.2.1 as of this writing). Not one is experiencing any slowdown.
Apple replaced my 6s for free for me yesterday and the new one has better battery life but still slower than my phone pre 11.xxx
