iOS 11 flash sms issue

Hi everyone. I updated to iOS 11 last night and ever since this message flashes up regularly. Every 10mins or so. Help! I’m not sending any sms messages - feel like it’s a bug. How can I stop this? It’s really annoying Hard reset hasn’t worked.
