Myself (2TB), my wife (200MB) and my daughter (200MB) have 3 separate storage subscriptions on iCloud. We would like to merge these 3 into one (2TB one).
We would still like to keep these 'separate' (at least as far as iCloud photo libraries are concerned)
Is this possible and if so, how?

They would cancel their plans and you would, using Family Sharing, allot them space from your plan. All space is private by default.
Members of your Family Sharing plan need to go thru the same steps needed to change their storage plans, but select the Family Plan. Only after they join your plan, should they cancel their own subscriptions.
Their photo library Barrie’s will remain private. Only the Family Photos Album is accessible to others.
To the best of my knowledge, once you accept Family Sharing Storage, that is all you can access.
Have this question also. How will the files and photos be migrated to family plan. For instance, my father-in-law only has an iPhone and his photos on the iCloud are more then his phone capacity. I created a individual iCloud plan for him and it is working. Now i want to create on family plan. How to move those photos without moving back to a device?
