Selectively Sync on iCloud for Windows

Hello!

I have a personal Macbook Pro and I've recently purchased 200gb of iCloud Storage. I have a collection of documents in a folder that totals approximately 100gb that are personal (comic book files). I also have a folder entitled "Work" that has 2-3gb of work related documents.

I have installed iCloud for Windows on my work laptop. I only want the "Work" folder to sync between all my devices, and the "Comic Book" folder to sync between just my mac and icloud.

Is there a way to selectively sync a folder from iCloud to a device like there is for Google Drive or One Drive? I've been using OneDrive for the past year and only switched to iCloud because I'm more of a mac user, but have to use a windows machine at work.
