iTunes 12.7.0.166 on High Sierra - no Tones tab

Hi. Using iTunes 12.7.0.166 on High Sierra and there's no Tones tab. Any ideas how to get it back? I've bought a new iPhone 8 to replace my 4s, and gone through a process I've used before to create a ringtone by creating a m4r file, but there's no tones place to put it.

Tones (and Apps) are no longer part of iTunes (i.e. not part of iTunes' library ; Tones would have its own tab, it wouldn't be part of Music), but you can still add them to a device by dragging-and-dropping from Finder onto the device in iTunes - see towards the bottom of this page : Manually manage content on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch using iTunes - Apple Support

Hello again, as i wrote before, this worked great to add a ringtone. But it doesn't work to create a text-tone as far as I can see. When I go to Settings on my iPhone and Sounds and Text Tone, it doesn't see my newly created ringtone. Is there another way I have to use to create custom text (and voicemail) tones?

Also, how do I delete a ringtone out of my "tones" on my iPhone, there's no delete option that I can find.

Thanks....

I haven't done a lot of testing. I have 4 ringtones on my phone, of 3, 30, 32, and 35 seconds. iPhone Settings / Sounds & Haptics / Ringtone sees all of them. But Sounds & Haptics / Text Tone only sees the smaller two, it doesn't show me the 32 or 35 seconds ones. Nor does New Voicemail, New Mail, Sent Mail, Calendar Alerts, Reminder Alerts or AirDrop. Maybe anything over 30 seconds? Maybe I should create another one of 31 seconds, then 32 seconds again, etc and see what happens. No time right now. How long are yours that Text Tone can see? P.S. I'm on iPhone 8 with latest IOS 11.0.2 loaded today.
