Updated to IOS 11.0.1, Now Safari Won't Open

Updated my IPhone 6 to IOS 11 this morning and Safari ceased to work. I have rebooted twice and reset network settings with no luck.

Seems like a strange glitch. I did the upgrade and didn't have that issue. Did you try a full backup and restore of your iphone?

Thanks pki, but I have never backed up any of my IPhones to the cloud, so not sure that this will help?
