my iphone 6 has stopped downloading mail it connects to server starts to download then stops
Mail has stopped downloading. It starts identifying the number of mails then says updated

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
try switching from wifi/cellular data.
If that doesn't work delete and reinstall the email account.
