I am trying to use the files app but I am only able to save things to my iCloud not on the iPhone
I can select it but the option to move or save isn’t available

I must have deleted pages I reinstalled it was able to save to iPhone.
I just tried to save an image and it worked. I taped on the item I wanted to save and it gave me the option to "Save to Files". In Files I clicked on "On My iPhone". From there I clicked on "Pages." Next, when you open the Files App, click on "On My iPhone" and it will show "Pages"....then tap Pages, and you will find your saved image.
