Hi, KylieP2002.
After reviewing your post, it appears you feel that you entered the incorrect Apple ID after updating your phone to iOS 11. Because of this, you're unable to update your applications. However, when you go to "Settings", it's showing the correct ID. I'm happy to help.
Sign in with your Apple ID -- Tap Settings > <your name>, and check the various areas your Apple ID is being used. If it's the incorrect ID, sign out, then sign in with the correct one.
Sign in on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Before you begin, update your device to the latest iOS.
When you use iOS 10.3 or later, you sign in to iCloud, the iTunes & App Store, iMessage, FaceTime, and your other Apple services in one place.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Sign in to your [device].
- Enter your Apple ID and password.
- If you protect your account with two-factor authentication, enter the six-digit verification code and complete sign in.
If the setting "iTunes & App Store" shows the correct ID, please describe the issue you're having in greater detail.
Let me know how that goes and take care!
