I was using an iPhone 6s and this problem was happening. I then updated to the new iOS 11 system. Then I purchased an iPhone8 and set this phone up. The problem was still happening. After talking with Rebecca at the support office I followed the advice given and did a factory reset on my phone. I then restored from the latest backup.

Unfortunately I still have the same issue. Even as I have been typing this email my phone has logged out randomly to the home screen.
