Message is not sent by quick reply for fb Messenger

When someone texted me by Messenger, I scrolled down the notification panel, and used quick reply from 3D Touch to reply them, but the message is not sent. When I opened the app, there is no sign that my message is there and my friend didn’t receive any message as well.
