2010 macbook pro disable ir remote not appearing- no advanced option

i have a 2010 macbook pro. i'm using my harmony remote and it's controlling my MBP when i use my ATV. i want to turn off the IR on the Macbook pro.

i go to settings->seurity&privacy->General - i enter my admin password and unlock but there is no advanced option.

there is no way to disable the IR remote on the Macbook pro? when i turn off my TV it puts my laptop to sleep and it's super annoying.
