The disk is not journaled. You must enable journaling using Disk Utility before using the Boot Camp Assistant.

What OS version are you using? Open Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility and check the format to make sure it is Mac OS Extended (Journaled) as shown in the screen shot. If it isn't, you will need to erase the disk and reformat it. This will remove all data from the disk.

From macOS Terminal, post the output of

diskutil list

diskutil cs list

Was any external storage connected to the Mac during the installation of Windows? Did you manually erase the Windows partition to convert it to HFS (disk0s6)?
