How do I encrypt my email?

How do I encrypt my Gmail email address from my Apple ID account on my iPhone 5s? Currently all my technology is insecure. All my accounts have been hacked. All my credit cards have fraudulent charges. I am not receiving any incoming calls or messages on my cell phone. I am also not connecting to outgoing calls just getting answering service. I have tried to take my phone to Apple and when they called my name to help me, my phone did a System Restore. How convenient! I have no control over my phone. My internet provider says that everything is secure. YAY RIGHT! However the police are starting to take me seriously and the FCC are involved. But I cannot get a secure phone, not even a land line. Please help! Any suggestions? Stacey
