Hello-
I recently stopped using iCloud Drive to store my documents, but when I went into the System Preferences>iCloud, and clicked on the "Manage" tab, it showed that it was storing 15GB. This doesn't make any sense because even when I was using it to store documents, their total size was nowhere near 15GB. Anyone have any ideas about what's causing this error? Thanks.

If you still can't get iCloud to agree with the documents you are showing, other people have posted similar problems and after contacting iCloud support, found it was a server problem. iCloud support reset everything. You may have to politely ask for a level 2 person.

Sorry for the slow response. Just wanted to say thanks very much. I contacted Apple and requested a "level 2 person" and now they have some folks working on it. Hopefully will be resolved soon.
