Icons get scrambled or disappear in ios 11 iphone 7

App icons on the home screen get scrambled or act weird.

Steps:

Open any app use it for sometime.

Come back to home screen.

Apps on the home screen are missing or disordered.

See the screenshot.

I will have to lock screen and unlock to make them reappear.

This happens 1 out of 3 times.
