Upgraded iMac to High Sierra. This controls our guest portal for our wifi. Since I have upgraded our guest portal shows up as a blank white page with no way to enter portal. Has anyone else seen this? Anyone have a work around?
Try typing any url into the browser address bar and hitting return. This may trigger the portal page to display.
Try a different browser. If that does not work check with the IT support staff to see if they are having issues with their portal page.
Thanks for the reply. Have tried it with different browsers, iPhones, android, mac/pc ... does not seem to make a difference. As far as the IT support staff, that would be me! I'm the Network Admin.
Tried that, just brings up the blank portal page again. Thanks
