iBooks books not available offline and have to re-download my books from iCloud every few days.

I am logged into my id with 2 iPhones and 1 Macbook pro and iBooks are all synced with iCloud. Every few days it happens that I have the book I am reading and every other book in my library is not downloaded and it asks to me to download again from iCloud. It would have been fine, but I travel often on the tube these days and its annoying to open the iBooks just to see I can't read anything till I get internet.

Any setting I should change to keep the books always available on the device?

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 11.0.1

Same problem it is serious problem for me I use ibooks very often and some books are big when I want to look at something I have redownload it every time. Is there anyone solved the problem?

If you are on iOS 11 it is 100% apples faulty iOS 11updates fault. iCloud and iBook integration was destroyed with this update. There is no fix. If pdf and iBook reading was important to you like it was to me then your up a creak. I’m personally looking for alternative devices as this is unacceptable.
