How to disable developer options in settings and for apple id?

I just noticed a "Developer" option in my settings just today and my ios version is 11.0.2. I also remembered that some time a go I registered my apple id as a developer, but I am not sure if that is causing this. How can disable this option in my settings and also deregister my apple id as a developer. Here is a screenshot of what it looks like:
