Blackberry work reply issue

After the upgrade to iOS 11 my app for work email “blackberry work” doesn’t work. I can’t reply to any messages

What did the developers of the app say when you contacted them? Are they working on a compatible version?

Try these two troubleshooting methods. Perform a Restore only if Restart doesn't solve your issue.

I have the same issue. New iPhone 8 and iOS 11.02. Notifications show email received, but inbox can take hours to update. Even then, many times the email when opened is blank. This is absurd and is killing productivity for travelers. Any word from Blackberry?
