How to output mov to mpeg-4 HD in compressor 4.2.2?

When I define settings to automatic or 1280 or above, it outputs unreadable mpeg file? How to output mov to mpeg-4 HD using compressor 4.2.2? I can output 720 but not above although my original mov file is 1280x720?? Thank you.
