On Mac safari is not opening just jumping

Restart your computer, then launch Safari with the Shift key pressed down. If this doesn’t help, try booting in Safe Mode.

Safe Boot is quite slow because the OS performs a bunch of cleanup and verification tasks, so give it time. After you're completely logged in, restart normally.
