how to unlock my macbook pro?

Hi! I have some message to iphone, that i have some strange movements, "sign in" in Moscow region, but I only use in Kiev region. I change my password. But in Mondey my macbook pro mf840 locked. When I change my pass again, I see this screen. Now, when 60 minutes is over, I have no chance type nubers, because I have screen#3 "Wrong passcode, try again" and have no fild to type this code.

Have a look here: How to set a firmware password on your Mac - Apple Support, it says:

If you forgot your firmware password

If you can't remember your firmware password or passcode, schedule a service appointment with an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. Bring your original receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.

So you need to go to an AppleStore/Reseller with the proof that the computer is your.

There is at least one store in Kiev. Not official, I agree, but an Apple Authorized store, I believe. They should be able to offer some service. There are a further three or four around the country although you say you're in Kiev region.


As I suggested in my first post, this address is a fake (apple.help etc) It is a spyware link and often leaves the victims with locked machines. Just as you have. Had you fed the address into Google you could have (and still can) find out what it was and get some idea of what to do. But be careful where you go for the answers.


Hence the recommendation to go to an Apple store.
