Too long repair

Hello, I had a broken Ring/Silent button in my iPhone 6, 16 GB. I gave it on 11.09.2017 to the Apple repair service, because I still have my warranty on it. I was told it will last 14 days, but I still didn't received my phone. When I called to service, they told me that they are not able to tell me when my phone will be repaired. What should I do in this situation?
