After updating my phone to the 11.0.1 the audio on my iphone 7 plus stopped working. I am unable to make hear when I recieve or make outbound calls. My pandora and youtube are not working. I am also having issues with my phone freezing and glitching.

I have been having a problem with my IPhones 7 Plus Mic. When I get a call, the person calling or whom I am calling, cannot hear me, yet I can hear them perfectly fine. All that can be heard from my side is a distorted noise, it happened when I was FaceTiming with a friend and the sound just randomly stopped working.

I have been searching on what to do that will help, I have reset my settings and updated to the latest iOS 11.2.1 yet non of that has helped. But rather make it worse where I can’t hear my notifications or when someone calls. (My ringer is on and I have been keeping my volume up the whole time)To add in since I updated to the latest iOS, my iPhone has been freezing and acting weird whether I’m in an app or not.

Apple has issued new update today - 11.0.2. Try updating your phone. Maybe this will fix your issue.

I wish, but no. I went through this with my 6Plus and the fix was to get the 7 Plus. I’m not ready for an upgrade yet.
