FaceTime and Facebook Messengere on Messenger it’s connecting.

Hi,

i upgraded to the latest version of the software(11) a few days back and am having problems transmitting video when on FaceTime and am unable to connect on Facebook Messenger. However if someone is calling me on Messenger the connection is being made. Also earlier there was no audio notification when there was a call or message on Messenger which is there now but it’s the same tune as the FaceTime. Any help from anybody please?
