high sierra empty square

After install and reboot I now have an empty square that follows my cursor. I have two monitors and it shows up on the other monitor as well. User uploaded file

I have rebooted and it just returns.

Doesn't move sideways just up and down.

Any assistance, greatly appreciated.

TIA,

PERFECTOID! Thanks for the quick response. I don't think I have ever even opened this pane.

Really and truly appreciate the quick and helpful response.

I'll have to look at this option to better understand it. I would like to determine what it is supposed to accomplish.

Again, thanks.
