Since there is no Hybrid MBR overlaying the GPT, the error you see is expected. You may want to install GPT fdisk download | SourceForge.net which will help create the correct MBR. If you can also post the output of
diskutil list
diskutil apfs list
it will help with the values needed by GPT Disk.

Does BCA error when partitioning your disk? From macOS Terminal, post the output of
diskutil list
diskutil apfs list
You have a hybrid MBR missing. This is why I wanted to ask about the disk layout first.
Also post the output of
sudo fdisk /dev/disk0
to show the MBR. You may have to disable SIP temporarily.
I was able to partition the disk fully and can boot into the Windows 7 installer however it says it can’t be installed because the disk is GPT and I’m not booting The installer in EFI mode I’m booting in through bios emulation
