Safari 11 WebRTC DataChannel encoding bug
Hi!
Safari 11 WebRTC support seems work, but buggy. I tested character engoding with "árvíztűrőtükörfúrógép" here: https://simpl.info/rtcdatachannel/ but encoding returned text and text encoding is wrong. Works fine with other browser
