World Trade Center Store

So I went into Apple WTC for a repair today. I had just woke up made an appointment and traveled in my PJ’s figured I would be in and out. Once I arrived I became interested in upgrading my current device and had questions about the “trade-in” program. I was treated like I was not welcomed in the store. Once I asked about the program I was told to ask a sales agent they could help me then I asked a sales agent and what I took away from the conversation was go to my phone provider cause it would be easier. I was very put off at the inattentiveness in which I received. I also inquired about the dongle and was quickly thrown a device for 10 bucks. Soon after a tourist comes in inquires about a dongle and was given one free of charge. Cool no problem that irked me but no big deal.

I was told my repair would take an hour and I would have to leave the store I could sit down outside or downstairs but upstairs is for customers. Oh MY BAD I guess my phone doesn’t make me a customer. I came into the store excited and looking forward to upgrading my phone my wife’s phone and my sons but after this experience I’m not sure I’d my brand loyalty can continue. For the record, I have owned every iteration of iPhone since their inception, I have 3 iPhones, 2 Apple watches, 2 iPads and a Mac. Needless to say this experience has left me aghast. Not sure if I continue going forward with Apple anymore.
