I have problem to access my Macintosh HD even I'm admin, I can't change sharing & permissions when I go to Macintosh HD info, I get only message: "The operation can’t be completed because you don’t have the necessary permission." This start happening when I start using High Sierra. If someone have answer to this question please help. Thanks.

How so? Because you must create a folder at root to use instead of just saving files at the root? Must be ****.

Looks good. I may give that a try. Tell you what, though...as having done fair amount of *nix admin-type stuff, I find this totally odious on Apple's part.
No, because this issue is causing application install problems that currently have absolutely NO work around and cost huge amounts of wasted time and money.
