I set reminders to take medication at a specific time at home. When I travel, the time zone changes and so does the time on my reminder. For example, I want to be reminded to take my vitamins at 10pm no matter where I am in the world. Right now, it tells me at 10pm at home, but at 6am in the UK. Any suggestions?
Obviously I want to be able to do that for specific reminders, not all of them. Thanks.

You can set an alarm to do the same thing and your alarm will not change with the time zones. You can name your alarm "Take meds" so you know why you set it.

This is poor solution. Alarms are device-specific. If I set an alarm on my iPad, it’s not gonna show up on my iPhone or Apple Watch.
I live in Thailand, but am in California for an extended visit. It was quite a shock to have all my reminders appear at the wrong time; sometimes on the day before they were due.
It was even more of a shock to find that there seems to be no fix for this egregious bug.
Please tell me I’m wrong.
My solution is not poor. You provided more information with your answer than you did the first time. If I would have had that information to begin with I could have suggested that you should go to settings>general>reset>reset location and privacy when you get to your locations. Next time you ask for help make sure you are as specific and detailed as possible so I do not waste my time again.
