Is it bad if the wall charger isn't totally plugged in?

I realized after I charged my iPod Touch 6G that the wall charger plugged into a surge protector wasn't totally flush against the base. It was popping out at an angle. It still charged though. But is it bad for the electronics in the iPod or the cord or charger or whatever else?

Thanks.

You’re fine. As long as a connection was being made and your device charged you are ok
