I can’t find option to rate podcasts in new ios app.

On the Library tab, choose Shows at the top. That lists all your Subscriptions. Click on a Subscription and scroll down. You can either just rate by stars or click Write a Review and do so.

When you and click Send in the upper right, it goes to the bottom of the list of all reviews. To find yours, once it has been reviewed, you need to click See All, then scroll to the bottom of the list.

I did exactly what you said. No review has posted even after 48 hours. I kept it fairly short. Don’t know why it won’t take.
