How can i map the Globe Icon on the Smart Keyboard for iPad Pro to Map to say the Escape Character that is found on regular keyboards?

As far as I know, there is no way for users to do any remapping of hardware keyboard layouts in iOS (other than text replacement settings). What do you need the escape for? Perhaps there is a workaround to accomplish the purpose...

Well, My workflow mostly involves using Prompt2 from Panic Systems Logging into my Company VPN and using plain editors like Vim, i find it very difficult to get the Escape key. Though the App does provide a soft (on Screen button) but i would love to have the option of just pressing a key for Escape like a normal keyboard.
Have you tried a google search on "escape key smart keyboard"? I seem to see various ideas of key combos that could substitute for it.

I notice even the little junk walmart bluetooth keyboard I use for testing stuff has an escape key.
