How can I stretch dock length?

Not sure you can change the size of the icons directly, but I did two things to get my screen how I wanted it.

I turned off "Show suggested and recent apps" which is an option in "Settings>General>Multitasking and Dock" This stops the dock changing size randomly.

I also removed the apps I did not need which makes the icons bigger. It odes not however change the space between the apps.

Clearly you can only have it as long as the screen is, so that means reducing the icon sizes to get more in.

Have you looked at Systems preferences > Dock > which should offer you multiple sizes of dock (via the slide bar) and icons.

Sorry, for a Mac. I haven't got used to an iPad with the Pro. 😀 But I cannot see why settings doesn't offer you an option. Have you tried setting your cursor on the vertical line to the left of the dock that separates the icons and folders and moving that ? Just a thought.

Is this suggestion for the iPad Pro?

Or are you talking about MacOS?
