Podcast Connect Submit Error

I looked at Podcasts Connect and got this error immediately. This means that there is an error in the server, and all you can do is wait until it's resolved. There's nothing you can do to speed it up. Your feed appears to be OK.

i hadn't spotted what you were trying to do. Once your podcast is accepted and in the Store you don't have anything more to do with Podcasts Connect. You can't validate a feed which has already been accepted, and you don't need to. When you create a new episode, just add it to the feed and re-publish. That's all you need to. Subscribers will see the new episode pretty well immediately; the Store usually takes 1-2 days to update.

Something is wrong at the Store - I wasn't able to subscribe from your Store podcast, nor to mine from my Store page, but existing subscribers won't be affected. However you said something about changing the name of the title, so I'm not sure whether you've done something to complicate matters.

I see that the second episode has now appeared in the feed, and also in the iTunes Store (and when subscribing, which now works). So you've got it all sorted out: when you add your next episode simply add it to the feed and re-publish it.
